ABOUT THE CLUBHOUSE

Durant Station’s historic clubhouse is the perfect spot to host your next small gathering, including corporate retreats, small meetings, family reunions, club and tour groups, birthday and retirement parties, intimate weddings, group classes, student trips and more. Available to rent with or without reservations at our condos, this two-story facility offers plenty of conveniences and comfort for all of your guests. On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy lounge area with plenty of seating and table space for games or apps. There’s also room just for kids loaded with puzzles, games, and books. Upstairs you’ll find a spacious open area with a pool table, fully equipped residential kitchen, and room to configure tables and chairs as needed for your event. Here, there’s also adjustable lighting and plenty of power outlets for your multimedia needs. No matter what event you’re hosting, you’ll enjoy it all under the beautiful original cupola from the historic Durant Station Life Saving Station.
